What payment methods are accepted at Niuhype?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Do you have a physical store?

No, Niuhype is an exclusively online apparel store. We do not have a physical location at this time.

What is your return policy?

What are your shipping methods?

Currently, we are only offering Priority Shipping through USPS.

Local Orders - American Samoa ONLY

For local orders, delivery is $5 flat rate. Once received, we will contact you through the email or phone number provided to us during your purchase to coordinate delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will take 7-14 business days to arrive. However, we do ask for your patience as we are based out of American Samoa and there is only one flight a week to send and receive mail.

Does Niuhype ship internationally?

Unfortunately, Niuhype only ships to the United States and it's territories. International shipping will be offered at a later time.

What is your shipping process?

Our shipping day is Saturday. All orders placed before 7:00AM SST on Saturday will be packed and taken to the post office to meet the cut off time for the Monday cargo flight. Any orders after 7:00AM SST Saturday will be sent the following week. You will receive a tracking number via email provided at the time of purchase once your order is mailed.

What if I have not received my tracking number?
